Management of The Carillon Condo Miami Beach was recently taken over by Z Capital Partners (replacing the former manager, Canyon Ranch) which is undergoing a renovation of the entire property. The reno is being led by hotel designer Peter Silling, who recently finished work on the Waldhaus Flims Alpine Grand Hotel & Spa, another Z Capital property, in Switzerland. The improvements include renovated and redesigned lobby, lounge and restaurant, along with state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces.

The Carillon also announced an association with leading functional medicinal experts whose presence at the property gives Carillon Condos Life to residents and guests “access to premier medical advice and will serve as a resource for achieving total wellness through proven medical practices to bring the body into complete balance” according to the press release.

The Carillon Condo Miami Beach Amenities

The Carillon Condo Miami Beach condominium provides a world-class wellness centre that integrates the largest spa in the region at 65,000 square feet, with extensive fitness, health, and beauty amenities. The spa offers over 200 exercise classes weekly, a two-story indoor rock climbing wall, Miami’s only therapeutic igloo, and a thermal hydrotherapy circuit.

The nutrition-focused food and beverage program, including a menu of all-organic cocktails, and a focus on wholesome, locally sourced ingredients, is provided at four dining outlets, including an oceanfront restaurant, bar and lounge, juice bar, and pool bar. Four pools include sunrise and sunset pools, as well as pools for family and adults only. A personal concierge program and a pet-friendly environment complete the extensive amenities for condo residents and hotel guests.
